Once the decision was made to make their own wine the Phelans met with Bob Egelhoff and were convinced Bob was the winemaker for their fruit.
Egelhoff has established himself among the top winemakers in the Napa Valley making wines for several of the small, family owned and operated wineries selling super premium wines.
Bob's prior experience in vineyards was particularly gratifying to Arlene who manages The Phelan Vineyard.
