Owned by the Peacock family, the vineyard is located at 1200’ elevation
on the northwest side of Spring Mountain, approximately two miles south of our estate. This
low yielding, 6-acre vineyard produces less than 2.5 tons an acre. At harvest, only the best
fruit is selected and vinified, thereby reducing the limited production even further. Peacock is
usually the last vineyard to harvest in our collection of designate Spring Mountain Cabernet
Sauvignons.
