A portion of the profits from the sale of these wines benefit the Richard H. Graff Scholarship Fund for wine, food and Hospitality education.
The grapes for these wines come from the small Graff and Head vineyards,owned by David, John and Peter Graff, as well as from the vineyard owned by Dick Graff before his death in 1998 on the Chalone Bench within the "Chalone" viticulture area in Monterey, California. The wines are produced by Chalone Vineyard.
